Briar Woods Key Club Guidelines 2023-2024
- If a member violates the requirements for attendance (more than 2 meetings missed) they are ineligible for membership the proceeding year
- Clarification: absences, whether excused or not, still fall under the maximum allowed absences for the year. You may contact officers if there are extenuating circumstances that cause you to miss more than 2 meetings.
- If a member fails to complete their required hours of 30 total and at least 15 in club, the member is ineligible for membership the proceeding year
- However, if the member actively seeks to resolve this issue by appealing to the officers before the end of the school year, they **if permitted by the officer team** may become eligible for membership the proceeding year
